WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION DUTIES LIABILITIES DISCLAIMER
The warehouseman reserves the right to accept or reject any order for transportation of goods, and, not being a common carrier, shall be liable only for reasonable care and diligence in storing, handling, packing, and shipping the goods. Where goods are delivered to places where receipts are ordinarily refused or no authorized person is present to receipt for the goods, or where the shipping or delivery orders as given by depositor are incomplete, the goods shall be delivered entirely at depositors risk.
